Immerse, Explore, Connect, Recharge

February 13 - 19, 2027

Immerse yourself in a culturally rich country, connect with incredible local and Indigenous women, learn local history and carve out a little time to reflect and recharge.

Walk alongside Guatemalan Women Leaders. Come home...

This leadership experience unfolds over three moments: a gathering in the Twin Cities a couple of weeks before we go, a week in Guatemala, hosted by the San Lucas Mission and a second gathering at home a couple of weeks after we return.

While in Guatemala you'll walk alongside local and Indigenous women leaders, hearing their journeys and learning from their lives. You'll immerse yourself in a vibrant, culturally rich country, share meals, and carve out time to reflect and recharge.

Along the way, we'll support one another to ask the important questions, Who Am I? - What are my values, What is my place on the planet? What are my talents? Where is my Joy? and What is mine to do?  Together we’ll stay curious and listen deeply for what's trying to emerge. You'll return with cherished stories, practical tools, and a fresh perspective to help you live into your purpose.
