INTERCULTURAL DEVELOPMENT INVENTORY®

 Assess Your Organization’s Intercultural Skills.

The IDI® is a theory‑based, cross‑culturally valid assessment that measures how well individuals and groups shift cultural perspective and adapt behavior across difference

With personalized feedback and an Intercultural Development Plan, participants gain real insight into their starting point — and clear tools to grow from there.

This process empowers people to meet themselves where they are, connect deeply with others, and step into inclusive, engaged community with confidence.

Learn.

Reflect.

Build Community.

It’s about creating shared direction, setting inspired goals, and strengthening  culture .

Together, we build connection, community, and momentum — so every step forward is taken in unison, with clarity and purpose.

One vision. One purpose. One team.

PELSB- Educator Training

Cultural Competency in Action

This PELSB-approved competency training, aligned with Minnesota state statutes, gives educators the opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue, reflective practices, and interactive activities designed to increase cultural competency. Teachers work collaboratively in groups, exploring real-life scenarios allowing them to practice skills, reflect on experiences, and apply learning directly to their classrooms.

Educators leave feeling inspired, empowered, and equipped to approach diverse perspectives with understanding and confidence, creating more inclusive and responsive learning environments for all students.

Engage.

Reflect. Empower.

Shifting Perspectives

The Conscious Connection

We each see the world through a lens shaped by experience, culture, and the quiet influence of the unconscious mind. These unseen patterns guide how we think, feel, and relate — often without us even realizing it.

In this interactive workshop, we explore how our perceptions are formed, recognize the effects of the unconscious mind on our everyday actions, and learn to approach difference with genuine curiosity. Together, we open our perspectives, and begin to see others — and ourselves — with greater empathy and understanding.

Awareness. Curiosity.

Impact.
