CREDENTIALS
Qualified Administrator of the IDI®
Bridget Hermer is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, the premier cross-cultural assessment of intercultural competence. Companies and educational institutions use the IDI® to build intercultural competence and reach their diversity and inclusion goals.
PELSB APPROVED PROVIDER
Cultural competency training for Minnesota teacher license renewal
Minnesota Statutes, section 120B.30, subdivision 1, paragraph (q) requires all teachers to complete cultural competency training to renew their teaching licenses. The Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) has approved Equity Insight Group to provide the day-long training that satisfies Minnesota Administrative Rule 8710.0310.
