As a Qualified Administer of the IDI, Bridget works with clients individually and in teams in order to guide them on their way to cultural competency addressing cultural difference, communication patterns, value orientations, worldview and cross-cultural communication.

We give educators the opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue, reflective practices, and interactive activities designed to increase cultural competency. Teachers work collaboratively in groups, exploring real-life scenarios allowing them to practice skills, reflect on experiences, and apply learning directly to their classrooms.
Educators leave feeling inspired, empowered, and equipped to approach diverse perspectives with understanding and confidence, creating more inclusive and responsive learning environments for all students.
