Equity Insight Group offers PELSB-approved cultural competency training, aligned with Minnesota state statutes.
We give educators the opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue, reflective practices and interactive activities designed to increase cultural competency. Teachers work collaboratively in groups, exploring real-life scenarios that let them practice skills, reflect on experiences and apply learning directly to their classrooms.
